NOTES FOR COMPETITORS.

ENTRIES;
It would greatly aid the organisers if you would make your entries in advance.If you do not have an entry form ,please use an ordinary sheet of paper. Advance entries will only be accepted with full payment, and will close on the 29.7.11 (no exceptions).

Cheques made payable to FRADDON & DISTRICT .

Numbers will not be posted ,but may be collected on the day.

CUPS & TROPHIES:
It is with great regret that due to cups & trophies being returnrd late or not at all ,we will now have to take a £5.00 deposit per cup or trophy ,this will only be returned if they are returned on time and in the same condition they went out.

JUDGING;
In all classes which have height restrictions any animals that the judges feel exceed the stated height limit will be asked to leave and come forward again for the appropriate class unless a height certificate issued by the joint measurement board can be produced.

CHAMPIONSHIPS;
The 1st & 2nd from each of the classes in the championship group will be asked to come forward for the judging of that championship where a champion and reserve will be selected. The Champion will then come forward at the end of judging (APPROX 1.30pm) for the judging of the Supreme Championship,where a Supreme & Reserve Supreme Champion will be selected. This does not include the section champions from classes 22 ¡ª25 & 41¡ª46

SPECIAL AWARDS 
The winner of the following special awards may go forward to their respective group 
Championship if they desire.

CLASS 1 (working hunter pony)Two special awards .The hightest placed pony from each height group n/e133cms, exc 133cms ¡ª n/e 143cms, exc 143cms¡ª n/e 153cms

Will receive a special award,This does not include the highest placed group of the winning pony.

SHOW RULES

Any person entering the show ground whether competing or not to abide by the show rules, & act with due care and responsibility towards others.
The Committee will not be held responsible fror any accident ,damage,disease or loss of animal persons or property 
Hard hats of the approved standard must be worn at all time whilst mounted.(Including entrant of the Fancy Dress.) 
It is strongly recommended that body protectors be worn in the jumping classes..
Horses not entered in the show will only be allowed onto the show ground with the express advance permission of the committee.
The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to the show.
The Committee reserves the right to ask any person whom they feel is putting the health and safety of others at risk to leave.
A responsible adult must accompany children under the age of 16yrs.
The Judges decision will be final.
Any protest must be made in writing and within half hour of the incident taking place.A deposit of £10 must accompany the protest which will be forfeit,unless the protestis upheld.
NO CANTERING OR GALLOPING outside the designated warm up areas.
NO WHIP OR SPURS in the gymkhana.
NO ACT OF CRUELTY will be accepted,anyone whom the committee thinks is acting in such a way will be ask to leave the show.ANY PERSON COMPETING AT THIS SHOW WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE RULES SET BY THE SHOW COMMITTEE.

At The David Broome Event Centre,Crick,Gwent.

To qualify for the Championships;

1, Enter one of the qualifying classes.

2, Be one of the two highest placed exhibits not already qualified within the first four and receive a

qualification card signed in the ring

3, Complete the entry form on the qualification card

4, Return the card together with any registration fees due WITHIN 14 DAYS of this show
